Inside above floor de-watering systems - When there is only water seeping in from the joint where the floor and wall meets, many times an inside, above-floor, de-watering system is the most practical answer. It is an economical system that controls the seepage to keep your basement dry.
WaterTrek System - If there is evidence of pressure under your basement floor, you may need a sub-floor drainage system. This solution relieves the pressure before it can push up through the floor. Water seepage at the floor and wall joint is also controlled.
Outside sub-soil drainage systems - Sometimes work is needed outside. If you can see water coming in near the top of the basement wall, an outside drainage system may be needed to divert the surface water away from your home.
